Do I really need a Will? I’m only 40.

Yes, you do my friend!

Presumably, you do not know the exact time of your death, so it makes a whole lot of sense to put a Will in place especially if you are married with children. Even if you don’t think you have much to leave or much to share, the reality is, dying without a Will causes a mountain of problems for those left behind.

If you have children, it is very important that you identify how they will inherit and avoid ‘sideways disinheritance’. If your spouse remarries without previous provision for YOUR children in a Will, there is a strong chance that they will be cut out of everything in favour of the family of the new spouse!  Now we have your attention!!

Here at Spear, we have the specialist skills in our Estate Planning division to organise all aspects of your later life planning and give you the peace of mind to ensure ALL your loved ones are protected.  Contact us for further information on protecting your family.
